National Sales ManagerWest LAOn-siteUp to $200,000 plus bonus and incentives

Our client creates brand work for some of the best-known companies in the country. Your clients, however, will be the people who report to you. You won't carry a bag. Your primary job is developing a national team.

This is the company's first sales leadership role solely dedicated to developing the team. You win when your team wins.

  • Build onboarding and training that works across a national team
  • Coach new and developing sellers, working alongside the existing sales leaders
  • Use the CRM and the numbers to see what's working and fix what isn't
  • Spot, assess and develop talent

The path. The company has a plan to nearly double, and this role is part of the succession plan behind it. The person who earns it is being groomed to become the next VP of Sales.

Yes, it's on-site. You'll want to be.

An office designed for creativity and collaboration. It's set up like a creative agency, built for ideas and for working side by side with clients. The space is an extension of the sales process.

A seat next to the C-suite. You'll work directly with the CEO, the COO/CFO and the Chief Strategy Officer. No layers, no waiting for the memo.

People stay. It's a fun place to work with the perks and benefits to match. People build careers here and retire here.

Casting Note: You know it when you see it.

It's obvious the second you walk into a room and speak. Polished, composed and C-suite ready from day one. You tell your story better than any cliché-ridden resume. You earn the respect of seasoned sellers who know the business cold, and you make the people around you sharper.

All five are true today. If one isn't, this isn't the role.

  • You lead a team of B2B sellers right now. You hire them, train them and manage them.
  • You already call greater Los Angeles home.
  • Your sales leadership experience has been mostly in advertising, media, branding, experiential, entertainment or close to it.
  • You have a bachelor's degree.
  • You aspire to be a senior executive. This role is part of a succession plan, and the path leads to VP of Sales.

This isn't for you if

  • You carry a manager title but don't manage people
  • You want remote or hybrid
  • You want a quota of your own
  • You expect the title to do the work. Here, you earn trust first.

  2. 2. Read-through.

We read through all submissions. No AI, no ATS. We're human.

  3. 3. The audition.

  4. 4. The callback.

Finalists present, in person, how they'd develop a sales team in their first 90 days.

We're unapologetically LA. And so are our clients. Are you?
